We had a contractor come to the house today to give us an estimate on the master bath AND the install of a tank less hot water heater!! Additional closet space, you are thisclose to being mine!!

Now, if he'll only come in somewhere between what Allen thinks it should cost and what I think it should cost (any guesses on who's a little more lenient in the budget department, asks the girl who specifically is requesting frameless glass in the shower?), we'll be in business!!

And I'll be picking tile for real, rather than just day dreaming about one inch hexagonals.
